I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to log a support call only to find out that my support account is on hold because they say I didn't ship a part back that I did return. Problem is, neither customer service or tech support knows how to remove the lock on my account. Not to mention, I am a premier support customer and cant speak to ANYONE at dell who can speak fluent English or in the US. Does anyone know how to contact someone in the US that can speak English.
